Orders
Orders are processed after you click the Complete Purchase button in the checkout process:
Downloadable software: The Download Link and the Product Key will be send to your Registered mail in 12 hours after purchase，if you have any question please contact us.
Physical/non-downloadable items: The Products will be shipped from Monday to Friday during 12 business hours.Your mail will be responded in 12 hours on business (working) day .
How to Track Your Order
When you place an order, you will receive the following e-mails:An order confirmation:
If you order a physical/non-downloadable item, you will receive a shipment notification when the item ships;
If an item is delayed or backordered, you will receive a delay notification;
If you return an item, you will receive a return receipt .
Download Version
If you don't not receive a download link and product key from our service team after your payment success:
1. Check your junk Email, maybe our Email be sorted as junk mail by your Email service,
2. Check your Email address stated on your order, we usually send you Emai to this Email box.
If the download link or product key not work:
1. Try to download via an other browser, and save the file on your computer.
2. Some of download links we send are temporary, that's specially for you, please download in time.
3. Make sure what's the type of your computer system(32 bit or 64 bit), and make sure the software match to your computer system, if not, installation of the software will not work.
4. Contact our service team for a replacement if there is no problem with your computer or browser.
If there is no problem with our products, we don't accept requirement for a refund once the download link and product key be sent.If you want to cancel your order, please contact us in 3 hours after placing order.
Boxset Version
We promise that we ship package in 12 hours after receive your order, and then a tracking number will be sent to your Email box, if you don't receive it, please check your junk Email.
If you can't find any shipping information for your order on the Post website, please don't worry, that's because the Post office need some time to update the tracking info of your order, please try to track 1-2 days later.
If the item you receive don't match what you order, please contact us for replacement, we'll reship the item free.
